Congratulations also to our teams who won Audience Development Team of the Year and highly commended for Best Digital Publishing Innovation at the AOP Digital Publishing Awards last night for their work building WhatsApp Communities for Reach’s regional and national newsrooms across the UK and Ireland.

The jury said: “The Reach team recognised a problem – that reliance on algorithms – and worked on a strategy across multiple titles to solve it, demonstrating innovative thinking and mobilising the business to support it.”
