Diversity and inclusion are key issues in our industry and ones we are determined to make a difference on.
This year we acted on the recommendation from our colleagues to establish a new role of Head of D&I, creating a more robust D&I function in the business. Our aim is to ensure that everyone at Reach can connect with each other, respect each other and thrive in an inclusive environment.
We believe that it’s essential to be open and transparent about the work we’re doing to improve in this area, and to demonstrate steady progress. This is why we’ll be publishing regular Inclusion Spotlights here and on our homepage.
