The brief
Better Gym is located right in the heart of Belfast city centre and has the latest range of Technogym equipment, indoor cycle studio, functional area, free weights zone and secure cycle store. Better Gym wanted to raise awareness of what it has to offer students and their student membership deal.
Our solution
We ran two content marketing articles featuring our very own Belfast Live Sports Reporter, Gareth Fullerton. Better Gyms put Gareth to the test of trying to lose 12lb across 6 weeks, and our articles ran prior to and post the weight loss challenge.
We also ran a competition on BelfastLive giving readers the chance to win a surf session for eight people. All articles were supported with social media, across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Our reach
Both content articles delivered a total of 5.3k page views and a phenomenal 6 min 5 secs average dwell time. Each article was shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to ensure a great shared reach via social. The articles alone achieved a combined total social reach of 162.9k and 6.7k engagements.
The reader competition to win a surf simulator experience in Belfast for the reader and up to seven friends saw fantastic results. The competition delivered over 44.8k in reach and got 800+ reactions/comments etc… further boosting the social scale of this campaign, not to mention that the average dwell time was 3mins 48 secs!
